Matīss Kaža (“MAW-teese KAH-zhah”) drew on the techniques of haiku to co-write this film’s 35-page screenplay. Early in this film, the protagonist sleeps on a bed surrounded by spheres wrapped in rope. This film’s director created several videos as supplementary material, including one subtitled (-5[1])“Ok, this is the last one,” one subtitled “bleh,” and another set to the song “OIIA OIIA” by W&W. This film uses several rack focus shots in a sequence depicting two of its characters looking at water (*) droplets rising atop a pillar, before they themselves begin floating. The protagonist of this film by the director of Away has a vision of being encircled by a cyclone-like herd of deer. This film’s post-credits scene may indicate the survival of a cetacean its protagonists try to rescue. A French crew helped Gints Zilbalodis (“ghints ZIL-buh-loh-diss”) create this film’s characters, many of whom ride on a boat during a flood, using Blender.
